Integration of other units to MARINA should be viewed positively as it is a development in the single administration of maritime affairs. There should be one agency that is responsible for integrating the development, promotion and regulation of the industry......
ReplyDeleteYes, everybody will agree, this is long overdue, the integration of maritime-related agencies into one signals the maturity of the present Adminidtration and the unity of concerned stakeholders to usher, if not maintain the status of Phls as key player in the global maritime affairs.
