E- learning

For purposes of discussion on the above subject of E-learning;  Any idea, comments of the group and MarLaw participants, sharing knowledge will be appreciated.

  * What are the limitations, its strengths, advantages, disadvantages on applications?.
  *  Is this a replacements for " Hands -On " or NOT.
  *  Will E-learning replace the course Instuctor/Facilitator?

    *Limitations- scope limited
    Strengths- additional knowledge,simplified
    Advantages- gaining knowledge at your own comfort while scratching your *** (Just Kidding)
    Disadvantages- lack of eye-to-eye contact,physical interaction (also violent reaction-JK)
    *NO, actual discussions on subject matter through shared experiences are still effective.
    *NO, Instructor/Facilitator manipulates the E-Learning thus dependent on I/F.

    1. A pleasant day, everyone!

      Been thinking, this E-Learning is designed for distance learning I suppose.
      Well, this is good reference and effective tool for those who are physically absent but virtually present like out-of-town commitments, work-related or other business trips.
      As long as the modules are read, understood and passed, these are acceptable alternative learning arrangement.
